Day 2 Evening Festivities
Local favorite restaurant/lounge LAX was the host to the evening festivities. Save the World, a rock band composed of Joe and Karen Ciotti and their 14 year old daughter Samantha got the crowd going with a rousing set of original music.
This was followed by a fashion show featuring beautiful local models strutting Cabarete fashion to thumping music. The beachwear session was especially popular with the men and women alike.
A Slingshot Fuel kite was auctioned as bidders pushed the price up to $550. Raffles of donated items brought in additional money to a current sum of $14102 surpassing last year total of $12225.
The evening closed with another exciting set from Save the World with the riders heading home to rest for the Big Air event on the final day of the competition.
